I am a young person just about to finish up college. I am looking to move out of the apartment that me and my girlfriends rent together and move into a repossessed house. How do i get a good deal? Also i am looking in the san diego area. Are there any free websites, and how much money should i have saved up. I do have a good amount of money and i am a very responsible saver. If anyone has experience with this, any knowledge would be great. Also is this a bad time to buy?

A rich man in his 60s became impotent, the little friend of his went into a permanent sleep, He tried all medicines, nothing worked. The young model he recently married wasn’t happy at all, his life seemed worthless.
Upon reading an add he flew to a speciality clinic in Africa, paid Rand40′000, and replaced his wrinkly thing with a young handsome Zulu monster. He flew back home and the Life was like in heaven.
He was talking to a friend about it in a bar. The friend decided 2 change his too and flied to the same clinic in, but started making a deal. “Look, 40′000 is a total rip off. I won’t pay more than 20000R for a replacement part. No way!”
The Surgeon agreed and replaced his. He was really happy to have saved 50% and returned. After a few weeks, his friend asked “So how is love life”
He said “It has become worse! doesn’t get up at all”
The friend worried, sympathized with him, took him to the men’s room and said, “Show me”. He did.”Oh Sh*t, how can it work? this was mine wonce”

I keep getting price quotes from different venues and they seem to be “regular” prices? Am I supposed to negotiate for a better deal? Or are most places just the same price year-round? I live in So. CA, where the weather doesn’t really change much but I’ve worked in special events/catering and it gets REALLY slow in January. You would think I’d get a good rate if people are dying for business to come their way. Any advice? I’d **** to have to pay over $7000 for just the reception for 100 people.
We don’t have the “backyard” option… my family is 3,000mi away in the Caribbean. His mom’s backyard is really small (it is L.A. afterall, I know backyards are larger in other states, but not here). I want to keep the ceremony and reception in the same location, and I don’t want to have to rent everything myself ( I know what a nightmare it is to deal with rental companies).
Oh and I almost forgot… with enough notice, people can take advantage of all the Christmas sales to get wedding presents at great prices! :o)

In the future if i want to upgrade, can i upgrade with any product like from newegg.com or only can upgrade from dell products.?

And is this a good deal ?
Or should I buy the spec from newegg.com and build it myself and save money?

I am using it to mainly watch videos from youtube, google, CNN. I have cable internet.

Thanks in advance
Oh, and in Stockrooms tab select > Inspiron 530s then sort by ^Price.

My husband, he earns and spend everything lavishly. He will not do any little adjustment to save money. No plans has been done or a house yet, just fly and eat etc. If I tell him, he does not like to discuss. I too work, I am planning to buy a house, because I want to live peacefully at my later stage of life. After he worked for 10 years, he does not have a little savings also, where as I am seeing other people, how they plan and have atleast some assets.

He is really freaking me out, he seems to be like lay back man. Does not take any responsibilities. What should I do? Oh yeah, when I talk to him, he talks like a old lazy man. I am so depressed with my life now, I think these days oh boy what did I do?

Plz help what to do? Plz honestly suggest me..

My boyfriend and I have been going out over a year and I really feel
the relationship should have moved on by now. Despite the fact that I am
23 and he is 24, he still lives with his parents while I rent. We live
at oppososite ends of the city so seeing each other means commuting all
the time.
I would like us to rent an apartment together, but he will not move out
of his parents house. He uses all kinds of excuses, but mostly says he
doesnt want to waste money on renting when we could save for a house.
The fact is I know he will never do this as he is a poor saver and lacks
motivation. We have no privacy really, and I am wearing of the
situation. Eventually he agreed to move out and I decided to drop the issue and
wait for him to take the initiative. Well he didnt, and I have now
told my landlady Im leaving in 4 weeks. I told him this, expecting him to
tske the hint but instead he just said that I could still visit him at
his house when I wanted. It seems he intends to stay with his parents
for the long run.
I dont want to be pushy but we are in out twenties and I want this to
move on to a more adult relationship. In your opinion, what can I do to
get him out of that house???? I HAVE to move now, and I am short on
time.

i have been with my fiance for 6 years now, we have2 children together and i love her very much and want to marry her, however she is 100% money oriented in life, everything is money, all day long she sits and thinksaout bills, crunches numbers. even things that are not even due yet, as soon as i pay one shes spends the next 3 week talking about it being due again next month. if i chose not to partake in these convos about bills then she says i dont care, its all on her to deal with ect. i happen to joy the best things in life that are free like time with my kids and so forth. however she cannot, all she ever thinks of is money. allshe ever talks about is money. saving money, spending money, and because its all she thinks about she assosiates money with love. once i let our cable bill go 2 months behind and she told me everday that i didnt love her, at i was a loser, that i didnt care, that i didnt want to support my family. all over something like money. i love her very much but how can i compete with this love of money she has. i have explained to her that money doesnt make the world turn. it doesnt make u happy, or get u friends and so forth. but nothing i say seems to matter. the nly time she feels loved is when i put money in her hand. how can i convince her that shes wasting her life on money, and will soon lose everything that is free includng me.this has been going on for 6 years now and i have tried everything i can think of to get through to her. any suggestions that may help save my relationship.?
it is like we cant even have a real convo anymore i can say somthing like “do u want to go out to dinner tonight” and get a responce like “the phone bill is $74.03 in 2 weeks” i DO love her very much or i wouldnt have put up with this for 6 years and look to you guys for answers. i just want to have a real life with her. i want to talk about the weather. or politics or anything other than how much this bills is and that bill is. its all i ever hear.
