Money Saving Deal

I’ve never driven to NYC before, but in a few weeks I’m going there to visit for about five days. I want to park my car at a train station, then take the train in so I don’t have to deal with NYC driving and parking. Where would a good, cheap-ish, safe place in Jersey be to do this, if I’m coming from the Pennsylvania Turnpike? Would parking at Newark airport be reasonable? I’m trying to save money, and it would be pointless if parking costs more than airfare, lol.
Oh, I know it’s a big state. I’m just not sure where in Jersey would be best. I’ve quite honestly only ever been to Newark, Millburn, and Montclair, so I don’t know much about where’s good to leave my car for five days. I’d like to leave it somewhere along the PATH. That narrows it down, lol. But I wouldn’t mind paying extra for trainfare if there’s a safer place to leave it.

I am about to rent a text book from Chegg.com and I dont know if it is a good choice money wise. The book costs $72.45 in my college bookstore, in Chegg it costs $45.58 to rent all semester. But then its $8 in shipping and in taxes fees, so now its $53.58 then it would be saving me $18.87. I keep thinking that it probably it would be better to buy the book for $72.45 then later sell it for $62.45. What would be the better deal? I need to save money!!
Actually that is the price for used. New is $115.10. I tried everywhere even ebay, half.com

If a girl answers a cell-phone or checks their text messages in the middle of dinner or date, get up and leave.

Your Response:

- “Oh, you look busy. I’m going to get out of here.”
- “While you’re so busy, I’m just going to move on dear. Got to get out of here.”

Why? The person on the other end is the guy she’s going to have *** with when she finally gets rid of you. If she says it’s her kids, you’re already violating the no “Single Mothers” rule. Her work? It’s a date and it’s late, if her work is more important then you, then it will always be more important. If she says its her friends, all her friends know she’s out. That’s just how women work. She can just turn the phone off and wait to gossip until the date is over.

You on the other hand, should carry a cell phone. Avoid answering it during dinner, by have your buddies make a call or two. Ignoring her for “work” makes you look important and in control. She will try to test you and get your attention on her. *** might be used to get your attention.

If a female answers a cell-phone call in the middle of dinner, then the male should immediately get up and leave. This is justified as follows:

- It is possible that the caller is another man who she is going to have *** with when she finishes her date.
- If the call is work related, and is deemed more important than the man now, it will always be more important.
- If the caller is a friend, then the woman is “most certainly lying because all her friends know she’s out.”

If a woman deems a male as unimportant enough that she feels comfortable answering her cell phone during the date, she is not sufficiently interested in having *** with the man. Leaving immediately would save the man a good deal of money. In contrast, a man should always carry a cell phone on dates. That a man ignoring a woman for a work related call will actually make him look more “important and in control”, thereby drastically reducing the “waiting period” women observe before having *** with men they’re dating. A woman will try to test a man, trying to focus his attention on her and there’s a good chance that *** might be part of the attention-getting hunt.

Well it seems like so many people say they dont like those stores and its cheap and the’yre stuff *****.So why is that?? Did they truly have such a horrible experience there?? People are also always complaining about money issues when they can save a few bucks by going there.Im not poor but Im not rich.My husband is in the military and we get by.I know about money problems because I grew up with hardly any.Im glad for that.Because now I can use the things I’ve learned in my life growing up.Im a good saver and spender.I plan ahead and save for the expensive things I want or need. But it just bothers me how paople could just bash on other people for going into those places. If they had a walmart here in Guam Id probably go there 3-4 x a week. You get really good deals there. Sometimes even cheaper then on base.

My boyfriend and I have been going out over a year and I really feel
the relationship should have moved on by now. Despite the fact that I am
23 and he is 24, he still lives with his parents while I rent. We live
at oppososite ends of the city so seeing each other means commuting all
the time.
I would like us to rent an apartment together, but he will not move out
of his parents house. He uses all kinds of excuses, but mostly says he
doesnt want to waste money on renting when we could save for a house.
The fact is I know he will never do this as he is a poor saver and lacks
motivation. We have no privacy really, and I am wearing of the
situation. Eventually he agreed to move out and I decided to drop the issue and
wait for him to take the initiative. Well he didnt, and I have now
told my landlady Im leaving in 4 weeks. I told him this, expecting him to
tske the hint but instead he just said that I could still visit him at
his house when I wanted. It seems he intends to stay with his parents
for the long run.
I dont want to be pushy but we are in out twenties and I want this to
move on to a more adult relationship. In your opinion, what can I do to
get him out of that house???? I HAVE to move now, and I am short on
time.

I started him a Education 529C but to my understanding he can only use that for college. I would like to have a few more ways to save money for him in case he wants to buy a home or start a business instead of go to college. I don’t make alot of money but I can spare approximately $100-150/ month. I want to start something for him that gives a good return on my investement. Any ideas?

what part of indian culture makes them always want to get the best deal on things, no matter what effect it has on other people or businesses?

they come in to my store and bargain me down ALL day.. stuff is clearly marked with a price and they do not give up. i even caught two of them slapping hands right behind my back because they got a 5 dollar discount out of me on an item

at the same time, they are the biggest proprieters of small business and obviously know the costs of keeping a place running.. i have never gone to a 7-11 trying to get half off on a newspaper or a pack of cigs.

I guess what i’m saying is they try and get you with their pricing yet they refuse to pay yours. they are scrapin both sides of the field and saving every bit they can. they come here to be economically secure but they are sinking a tremendous amount of money out of our economy. i’d just like to know what’s behind it.

thank you - and just to clear things up, my goal is to learn, not offend

I’m not rich, but I don’t want to blow money on junk, do you think I should shun this offer, or take it before someone else does? I dont’ think this is a rare deal, the action was stiff and the guy said that it’ll jam if it isn’t cleaned and oiled often. (How often though?) I’m probably going to hold my money from this offer and save up for something alittle better. What do you think?
I’m sure that jamming is possible for any gun, but I’m just saying that this gun may be highly suspectible to jams, which may explain it’s cheap price.

1. all the course credits that are accumulated can be transferred to a 4 year college.

2. going to a two-year college can save a great deal of money in tuition and other fees.

3. if the college is nearby, there ae also significant savings in everyday living expenses.

could this be my thesis.

Going to a two-year college is a great way to start your college education.
