I have recently paid $3000 for an electrician to upgrade my electric panel from 100amp to 200amp in California. I found another advertisement on penny saver for upgrading electric panel for $1500. Now I am extremly upset becuase I had sacrificed a great deal to save that amount of money. He finished his work a couple of days ago and now the wall is still broken waiting to be patch (which is not included in his service and I have to pay extra). He told me he will try to pull the permit however he can’t control when will the city personel to come so I can only wait……It does not sound right to me…..am I being ripped off? Is there anything I can do now to ask him for some money back?
