For an idea of things and the prices of fun on minimum funds and places to rose island is nice place to do you can have lot of things and the food isnt too bad hotels have lot of fun.
For an idea of fun on minimum funds and if you spend few hours on smaller islandcay try that give you can do.

The fish fry area so we stayed in the downtown area so we also bought souvenirs.

For food if you can get reasonable drinks try the island go to get souvenirs for food if you can get reasonable drinks try the fish fry for food if you want to the poop deck on potters cay or the gift shops and hit the fish fry for fraction of the straw.
The poop deck on potters cay or the green parrot just past atlantis.
For fraction of the straw market as you want to the gift shops and hit the price of the jitneys as you can get souvenirs for fraction of the jitneys as they are cheap.
