i asked:
ok so when i got internet from att i got it for $15 and with my regular home phone service i was going to get my monthly bill no more than 50..however lately ive been noticing that it’s been getting higher..when i called this guy offered me a good deal that he said that i can try the 19.99 interenet deal for 2 months and if i dont like the speed i can go back to 15 so i tried it and when i called back within the 2 months they told me that they dont offer the 15 and i cant go back to 15 so im stuck with the 19.99 one that i didnt even want in the first place..any suggestions on waht i can do to save money or should i just switch to another phone company i dont want to switch because ive been with this company forever..how can i talk my way out of paying from what i was told i was going to pay???
