June 1st I moved someone into my 2bedroom to help save money. She told me Friday she lost her job. I am a bit worried b.c she is home 24/7 and is very lazy. She will wake up at 2pm and then go to the pool and then come home and sit on my couch playing on her laptop until 2am or so. I am a hard working professional and I **** coming home to see her perched on my couch everyday when she could be making money.
She is 2 weeks late giving me my Deposit and now she lost her job. Should I have a meeting with and her ask her whats the deal? or should I wait until July 1st to see if she pays rent?
*I’m going to ask for the deposit again this week.
