Money Saving Deal

What should I do about uncooperative band members?

Lauren P asked:

How do I deal with uncooperative guitar players? I have to play with them for a series of gigs for a year and they have nothing in common with me. They play music I hate, they have enormous egos, they never pay for anything, but I need them for the gigs in order to continue saving money, so I can’t get rid of them. How would you deal with them?

For myself next time be more selective when choosing band members that you have to take the bad the good being that you really answered your answer think you really answered your own question you are saving money would just lay low and not make matters worse for year.
